You can delete your iSendy account from the app: go to Settings, open your profile and tap “Delete account”. You can also request it by writing to support@isendy.com from the address you signed up with.
Deleting it removes your profile, your recipients and your sign-in details. Transaction and identity verification records are kept for as long as anti-money laundering regulations require, and are deleted afterwards.
